CLICK HERE 22/02/2010 Bowmaker Challenge was held on Saturday, good day with a great format. Please keep an eye on our CLUB EVENTS page for the club event for MARCH. The Power Play Fun event was won by Simon Pitt. well played. 30 Points on 9 holes, some going. 17/01/2010 Well the course is open again after the snow, and is playing well, but long. The course is boggy so be carefull with your trollies around the greens. Also ALL players using the course should be aware of the ettiquette on the course. This goes for MEMBERS and VISITORS. The new yearly name boards are up, well done guys they look great. 01/01/2010 Well the Christmas Fun Day was a great day. Some did not turn up which is a pitty for those left to play without partners, however we rasied over £270 for the AIR AMBULANCE this year and a big THANK YOU to those who support this charity and the club charity events you are tru hero's. The day was won by D Lamb, T East, A Clifford and K Hains with a 56.5 combined score off a 6.5 handicap. Ravenmeadow Golf Club is situated just north of Worcester City Center, and just a few miles from Junction 6 of the M5. The club opened in 1995. The clubhouse has a bar, lounge area, dinning area, extensive golf shop and changing/shower rooms.

The club has some of the best practice facilities in the area which includes

2 Practice putting greens. One for juniors.

A chipping and bunker area with its own green.

A covered astro turf driving range with automated tee options.

Grass area driving range (Summer months).

Lessons available with skilled staff.

A par 3 pitch and putt course.

Ravenmeadow's greens and tees are made to the high USGA specification and provide great playing conditions throughout the year.

Ravenmeadow allows any potential players to a pay-and-play basis, open to everyone, with some of the most competitive rates in the Worcester area. Ravenmeadow also offers an annual membership which provides golfers the opportunity to gain a handicap and take part in club competitions. The club also has a Junior, Ladies and Senior's section, with a junior Golf Academy and high level one to one lessons with the seasoned golf proffesional.The course has some gently undulating holes and is to be enjoyed by all standards of golfer. The Barbourne Brook flows throughout and there are fine views towards the hills in the Malvern's.

This site is run by a member of Ravenmeadow Golf Club for the benefit of ALL MEMBERS and VISITORS, who are most welcome to come and enjoy a round of golf.
